This year Williams Group celebrates our 90th anniversary. 

I have been with the business for nearly 17 years and I have seen massive changes in both the business and the industry. 

Over the years, Williams Group has faced its share of challenges – from devastating floods to the unexpected disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, through it all, the company has persevered, adapting and innovating to remain a vital part of the local landscape.

With a team of experienced professionals and a commitment to providing the highest quality products and services, the company remains a trusted partner for builders and homeowners across the region. While our company has continued to evolve and innovate over the last 90 years, we have remained committed to the basic fundamentals of our business.

Not very often do you work with a company that has a large percentage of the work force that has been with the business for most of their working life. Williams employs approximately 220 people and the average tenure is 10 years, which itself is a massive achievement and speaks volumes to our environment.

I actually asked some of our longer term employees what they thought our number one priority was.
